• file form AR-11 electronically and print out the "receipt".
2. Download from the DE-DMV site the pdf-guide "New to Delaware".
   
   
3. To continue to drive in Delaware you must apply for and receive a Delaware driver license within 60 days after becoming a Delaware resident:
